Submit building and utility data
Submit your complete building and utility data, then Beacon will start the automation process with ENERGY STAR®.
After automation is set up, Beacon will complete the Share My Data process with your utilities.
Stay compliant
Beacon will complete the Share My Data process with your utilities, and all of your utility data will be automatically uploaded to ENERGY STAR Portfolio Manager every month to stay compliant with all state and city requirements going forward.
Like TurboTax for your taxes, Beacon automates all of the regulatory and compliance documentation for state and city mandates. Beacon’s benchmarking compliance, utility monitoring, and alerts services are available for a limited time at $95/month. Everything is included in one monthly price and with no hidden fees. Offer ends on 10/31 and this package will return to the regular price of $199/month.

Have you received this letter from California Benchmarking?
California Benchmarking is not the California Energy Commission. However, the State of California requires owners of commercial and multifamily buildings larger than 50,000 square feet to report energy usage data using ENERGY STAR® Portfolio Manager. California Benchmarking offers a building benchmarking service for property owners, Powered by Beacon.
“The civil penalty shall not be less than five hundred dollars ($500) nor more than two thousand dollars ($2,000) for each category of data the person did not provide and for each day the violation has existed and continues to exist."
Water, gas, and electric data comes directly from the utility provider. Fire and security alerts are delivered live directly from our central station. One monthly price, no hidden fees, no hardware required.
